| The honorary board of the Patria Direct Jizerské 50 was nominated in September 2006 and serves as the advisory body to this event. It brings together leading personalities of the sports world and other areas of life in the Czech Republic, united by a common belief in the further development of competitive skiing and offer their crucial support and cooperation to the management of the Patria Direct Jizerská 50 race. Founding members include the Olympic champion Květa Jeriová-Pecková and leading Czech skiers Stanislav Henych and Radim Nyč. The chief goals of the board are the overall modernisation of the event, a professional approach to the marketing and the overall image of the race, greater involvement of top-ranked proffesional skiers from around the world, as well as its increased accessibility to the general public, e.g. the new „Company race” event. |
